The "Frame Twister"
The "Frame Twister", it may seem like a short little jaunt at approximately 200 feet in length (shorter than a regulation football field) but in reality it is 200 feet of the most intense white knuckle driving you'll ever do. Competitors are given a time limit of ten minutes to finish the grueling course and are assessed penalties for such things as hitting course marker cones, hitting staff members, and for winching.
